At least two people were wounded after the Russian military launched a missile strike on Odesa Oblast early on June 4, Odesa City Council said in a Telegram messenger post.
With reference to the Ukrainian military’s Operational Command Pivden (South), the council said the Russian military carried out the attack with an X-59 missile launched from a strategic bomber.
The missile hit the territory of an agricultural enterprise and warehouses. Rescue teams promptly extinguished the fire, the council said.
Russia claims that it only attacks military targets in Ukraine, but in fact it regularly targets civilian infrastructure, including residential areas, theaters and museums, schools, hospitals, kindergartens, and food storage sites.
