Ukrainian Armed Forces shot down a Russian
Su-34 fighter-bomber in the east on March 1, The Air Forces officially
confirmed that on Telegram on March 2.
It is reported that the enemy aircraft tried to strike Ukrainian positions with guided bombs.
On March 1, it was also reported that a Russian fighter jet was shot down near Volnovakha, but there was no official confirmation of this information.
This is the 14th Russian fighter jet that Ukrainian defenders have managed to shoot down in less than a month.
