Armed Forces repel six enemy attacks in Donetsk Oblast, and another one in Kharkiv Oblast

Over the past 24 hours, units of Ukraine’s Armed Forces have repelled Russian attacks near the settlements of Berestov in Kharkiv Oblast, as well as Bakhmutske, Ivanhrad, Klishchiivka, Pervomayske and Maryinka in Donetsk Oblast, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported on Oct. 18.
Ukrainian military aviation conducted 22 air strikes over the past day, the General Staff added, saying that the strikes hit 18 areas of concentration of weapons and military equipment, a support point, as well as three positions of anti-aircraft missile systems.
Meanwhile, Ukraine’s air defense units shot down three cruise missiles.
Ukrainian missile troops and artillery also struck a command post, a grouping of men, weapons, and military equipment, two air defense and artillery facilities, one ammunition depot, and other military targets.
