Ukrainian air defenses intercepted all four Russian cruise missiles launched over Khmelnytskyi Oblast, Ukraine’s Air Force said in a Telegram post on July 24.
In probably our first 100% success score, our anti-air (AA) worked perfectly, with full marks,” the message said.
“Four Kalibr cruise missiles, launching early in the morning from the Black Sea, were flying towards Khmelnytskyi Oblast… verified reports confirm the four missiles were all shot down,” Air Force spokesperson Yuriy Ihnat told Ukrainian TV.
The report also said Ukraine’s air force carried out 10 sorties, striking packed clusters of Russian forces across southern and eastern Ukraine.
“Three forward enemy outposts, as well as clusters of troops and armor, have been destroyed,” the message reads.
