Ukrainian troops have successfully repulsed seven Russian attempted advances in the general vicinity of Bakhmut, Donetsk Oblast, Ukraine’s General Staff said in a Facebook post on Sept. 13.

Meanwhile, the Ukrainian Air Force carried out nine strikes at enemy staging areas and anti-air batteries. Enemy casualty reports are still pending.

Ukrainian rocket artillery continued to attack Russian command centers and armor concentrations. In particular, Russian artillery batteries, electronic warfare systems, and mobile radar complexes were hit.

Russian artillery, mortars, and tanks shelled several dozen Ukrainian settlements across Donetsk, Luhansk, Kharkiv, and Zaporizhzhya oblasts. Bakhmut, Avdiyivka, and Kramatorsk, along with surrounding towns – all in Donetsk Oblast – drew much of the enemy fire.
