Ukrainian drones strike key chemical plant and Ozon warehouse in Bashkortostan - video

Strike drones targeted the Russian Republic of Bashkortostan, triggering explosions and multiple fires across industrial sites, local monitoring channels and local officials reported on June 27.
Exilenova+ open-source monitoring Telegram channel reported fires in Sterlitamak and Blagoveshchensk, noting that a logistics center belonging to the Russian e-commerce company Ozon was likely struck.
Ozon confirmed a drone attack on its warehousing facilities in Bashkortostan, stating that the target was a site in Ufa. According to Ozon, the logistics facility sustained "minor damage," and its operations were temporarily suspended.
Russian retail corporation also confirmed a separate uncrewed aerial vehicle (UAV) strike against a warehouse in Orenburg, which it claimed has already resumed regular operations.
Astra Telegram channel reported a fire on the premises of the Bashkir Soda Company in Sterlitamak following the drone strikes. The facility is a flagship Russian chemical industrial complex supplying products to numerous sectors, including the defense industry, through the manufacture of hydrochloric acid and dichloroethane. It is also the sole Russian manufacturer of terephthaloyl chloride, a critical chemical compound used in the production of synthetic ballistic fibers and body armor materials.
Russian Ministry of Defense claimed that its air defense units "intercepted" 267 drones overnight across 13 Russian oblasts and occupied Crimea.
Earlier reports noted that strike drones targeted an Ozon warehouse in Samara Oblast for the first time.
On Aug. 23, monitoring sources reported a drone strike on an Ozon logistics complex in Orenburg. Ukrainian Ministry of Defense earlier stated that following strikes against the 15 largest distribution hubs of Wildberries, operations had expanded to target Ozon logistics infrastructure.
