Fire broke out in the area of the Afipsky oil refinery in Russia's Krasnodar Krai following an overnight drone attack, Russian independent outlet Astra reported on July 14.

Reports indicated that the fire erupted near the refinery's reservoir park.

Local authorities have not yet issued any official statements regarding the consequences of the attack.

Afipsky oil refinery, located in the settlement of Afipsky, has been repeatedly targeted by the Ukrainian Defense Forces.

On June 11, the operational headquarters of Krasnodar Krai reported that falling "drone debris" on the territory of the Afipsky refinery triggered a fire.
