Ukraine’s Air Force Command spokesperson Ilya Yevlash commented on the newest Russian Kh-69 missile warhead discovered and neutralized in Kyiv forest on May 7.

"The enemy has recently intensified the use of Kh-59, Kh-69 guided missiles - as a result of our air defense operating, we can see such results, when the missile’s warhead remains intact," he said on the air of the national telethon.

Missile debris fall in some situations may, however, cause serious destruction, he added.

This case is not the only one, Yevlash assumed.

Specialists are examining these missiles.

Sappers neutralized the latest Russian Kh-69 missile warhead found in Kyiv‘s Holosiivsky district. Part of the rocket sticking out of the ground was found by a local resident in the forest area.

The military war may be swinging in our favor, but the information war continues.
