Rescuers found the body of a man while clearing rubble from an apartment building in Odesa damaged in a Russian attack on Sept. 12, city authorities said.
Odesa City Military Administration chief Serhii Lysak initially reported the discovery.
Odesa Oblast Military Administration chief Oleh Kiper later said the victim was a man born in 1992.
Search and rescue operations at the strike site are continuing.
Russian forces attacked a residential area of Odesa on the morning of Sept. 12.
The strike sparked fires in apartments on the 21st through 23rd floors of a 25-story residential building.
Twenty-six people were injured in the attack.
Emergency workers rescued seven people, including two children.
