Russian forces have occupied three populated places in Donetsk — Perebudova, Komar and Myrne — located on the Novopavlivka axis, DeepState monitoring group reported on Oct. 15.

“The enemy occupied Perebudova, Komar and Myrne, and also advanced near Ivanivka and Voskresenka,” the analysts wrote.

They notes that as of the evening of Oct. 14 the enemy had already seized a salient in the area of Myrne, Perebudova and Komar (all located in Donetsk Oblast).

“There was a loss of the salient at Komar," the project clarified.

"Logistics and holding those positions were extremely difficult, but because the enemy shifted its emphasis to other sectors of the line, it was possible to keep those positions.”

On Oct. 13, analysts reported that Russian forces occupied the settlement of Ternove in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast.

The military war may be swinging in our favor, but the information war continues.

Just as an army needs soldiers, so does a free society need its journalists to ensure that people have access to honest, trustworthy voices to understand the world around them.

For the past five years, The New Voice of Ukraine has been working tirelessly to push back against Russian narratives and defend democracy. But we cannot do it alone.
