At the scene: Russian attack leaves Kyiv suburb in ruins

Russia launched a massive overnight attack on Kyiv and its outskirts on Sept. 28, killing at least four people, including a 12-year-old girl, and leaving widespread damage across the capital.
One of the hardest-hit areas was the village of Petropavlivska Borshchahivka in Kyiv Oblast, where a residential building was almost completely destroyed, local officials reported.
The strike involved Shahed drones and missiles, with debris falling across at least five districts of Kyiv. Special correspondent for NV Serhiy Okunev has published a photo report from the scene of the tragedy.
