Russian forces launched a drone attack on Odesa Oblast early on Nov. 10, damaging a civilian facility, regional governor Oleh Kiper reported.

A fire broke out in a four-story residential building in the Odesa district, which firefighters later extinguished, Kiper said.

No casualties have been reported.

An air raid alert was declared across Odesa Oblast on the morning of Nov. 10 as Ukraine’s Air Force warned of enemy drones approaching from the Black Sea.

Earlier that night, reports indicated the takeoff of a MiG-31K fighter jet, raising the threat of ballistic missile strikes.
