One killed in Russian strike on Pavlohrad

Russian forces struck Pavlohrad in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast on Aug. 24, killing one person and injuring two others, regional authorities said.
Several cars caught fire as a result of the attack, while windows were shattered in an apartment building, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Governor Oleksandr Hanzha said.
The latest strike follows an earlier Russian attack on Pavlohrad on Aug. 8, when nine people were injured, including four children.
