Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has appointed Serhii Lysak, the now-former head of Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, to lead the newly established Odesa City Military Administration. The appointment was formalized by a presidential decree published on Oct. 15 on the presidential office’s website.
