Russian forces struck an energy facility in the Nizhyn district of Chernihiv Oblast at around 4 a.m. on April 18, leaving approximately 380,000 households without electricity in Chernihiv, Pryluky, Nizhyn, and Slavutych and the Chernihiv, Nizhyn, and Pryluky districts, the regional energy company Chernihivoblenergo reported.
