Ex-CIA chief Petraeus was on train during Poland border strike

Ukrainian Railways provided new details on the attack on a locomotive at Yahodyn near the Polish border. Shortly before the strike, a special train carrying European politicians had been at the station; at the moment of the attack itself, a different train — carrying former CIA Director David Petraeus — was present, according to the company’s update on Telegram on Sept. 13.
