Since Russia's full-scale invasion, over 100,000 Ukrainian Defense Forces personnel have trained abroad.

Simplified documentation for foreign training has been initiated, with partner countries first agreeing to the training needs and sending invitations.

Once confirmed, military commands select personnel based on specific criteria, and the data is forwarded to the partner state.
