The agents said that they successfully knocked out a transformer substation that powered critical infrastructure.
The attack reportedly disrupted the electricity supply to at least two mobile communication base stations.
These base stations serviced an industrial zone that includes the GazPromMash oil refinery, the Pirogrupp enterprise, and a mobilization center allegedly used to coordinate military operations against Ukraine.
“The shutdown of these communication stations will severely hinder enemy coordination, complicate logistics, and create additional problems for the occupiers in organizing their defenses,” the Atesh statement reads.
On April 16, Atesh reported that Ukrainian partisans disrupted Russian military railway logistics in the temporarily occupied city of Melitopol, Zaporizhzhya Oblast.
