Electricity supply has been fully restored in the city of Chornomorsk, Odesa Oblast, following a Russian strike the previous night, local governor Oleh Kiper reported on Oct. 10.
He noted that critical infrastructure in Chornomorsk is now operating normally.
Overnight on Oct. 9, Russia attacked Odesa Oblast with drones. The assault damaged civilian, port, and energy infrastructure, sparking large-scale fires.
More than 30,000 customers were left without electricity. Chornomorsk Mayor Vasyl Huliaiev said that power outages affected the entire community except for the village of Burlacha Balka.
Energy company DTEK reported that Russian forces struck an energy facility in Odesa Oblast, causing significant damage to the enterprise.
