Russian attacks on energy infrastructure left customers without power in Mykolaiv, Kharkiv oblasts

Residents of the Mykolaiv and Kharkiv oblasts remain without power as emergency restoration work continues.

"At the same time, in a number of regions, the situation has gradually improved compared to previous days," said Kolisnyk.

Hourly blackout schedules and power limits for industrial enterprises and businesses remain in effect across all Ukrainian regions.

The Energy Ministry said current schedules are available on the official websites of regional distribution system operators, and updates on power supply changes can be found on the relevant oblenegro sites.

To ensure stable electricity supply during the heating season, the government has adopted a number of decisions, Kolisnyk added. The decisions will involve reviewing the list of critical infrastructure facilities, engaging all available distributed generation capacities and expanding import opportunities for electricity to state companies.

"This will allow for more even load distribution between regions and reduce the number of blackout queues," said the deputy minister.
