Ukrainian air defenses took down all Russian attack drones on their approach to the capital, Kyiv governor Serhii Popko reported on Aug. 21.
Up to a dozen enemy drones were heading towards the city.
A total of four air raid alerts were issued in Kyiv over the past day in response to the drone attack and a ballistic missile launch threat. The alerts were also issued for most of other Ukrainian oblasts.
No casualties or damage were reported.
