Russia launches attack on downtown Chernihiv, damages prosecutor’s office building - photo

Updated at 11:23 a.m.: Local authorities reported that the Russian forces used strike drones to attack the city, damaging a public building and several cars. Three people sought medical attention for blast injuries. 

Updated at 10:50 a.m.: According to Suspilne, a drone struck the prosecutor’s office building in downtown Chernihiv. The media outlet released a video of the attack.

Chernihiv Oblast has survived 19 attacks and 34 explosions over the past 24 hours.

Russian forces conducted overnight drone strikes on Koryukivskyi district, damaging farming equipment, setting fire to a hangar, and injuring two people.
