"Not only Moscow but all of Russia is fighting against Ukraine unfortunately. Of course, the attacks will have their imprints on a particular part of the population there. It creates a psychological effect," Musiyenko said.
"I want to believe they are intended not only to harass a particular block's citizens or some ministry's employees but serve a far-reaching goal. The goal of setting and studying air corridors for example, which will allow them to evade Moscow's air defense and hit targets that really matter to us.”

An attack drone hit the IQ tower at the Moskva City complex in Russia's capital Moscow on August 1 for the second time in two days. Several buildings were affected by the resulting explosion. The Russian Ministry of Digital Development is located in the targetted building.
The Russian Defence Ministry claimed that two more Ukrainian drones were downed by anti-aircraft systems elsewhere in Moscow Oblast, while another was suppressed by electronic warfare.
Russia's Defence Ministry claimed it had repelled the attack and said Ukraine was behind it.
