Russian drones attack bus station and infrastructure in Cherkasy

The Russian forces attacked the bus station in the city of Cherkasy, and an infrastructure object in its Oblast, local governor Ihor Taburets reported on Oct. 23.

The attack caused a fire at the bus station, which was extinguished by emergency services. Additionally, damage was reported to a private company's administrative building and several vehicles in the Cherkasy district, though there were no injuries.

Air defense forces shot down six attack drones over Oblast.

Explosions were reported in Cherkasy in the morning of Oct. 23, following overnight attacks.

Russian forces launched 81 drones and one missile at Ukraine overnight, with air defense having shot down 57 drones as of 9:00 a.m.
