Explosion in Kharkiv during air raid alert — no casualties reported

Kharkiv regional governor, Oleh Synehubov, confirms Russian strike on Kharkiv Oblast.
Reports indicate no casualties as of now.
Earlier, the Air Force reported the takeoff of a MiG-31K fighter from the Savasleyka airfield.
The Armed Forces also warned about the threat of ballistic weapons in Kharkiv, Sumy, and Poltava oblasts.
On Jan. 27, Terekhov reported sounds of explosions in the city, also heard in Poltava, Poltava, and Kremenchuk districts.
On Jan. 23, Russia attacked Kharkiv three times. Morning strikes resulted in hits on residential buildings, completely destroying a section of a multi-story building.
There are reports of 60 wounded, including six children. Eleven people were killed, including an eight-year-old girl.
Jan. 25 was declared a day of mourning in Kharkiv, Mayor Ihor Terekhov said.
