Explosions rocked Russia’s Lipetsk Oblast in a massive drone attack overnight, Astra Telegram channel wrote on July 3.
Local residents counted at least 20 explosions in the sky over the city of Lipetsk, Russian Telegram channel Baza added.
The channel Supernova+ noted that, according to eyewitnesses, the drones appeared to be flying toward the Lipetsk-2 airfield.
Meanwhile, the governor of Lipetsk Oblast, Igor Artamonov, declared a red level of “UAV attack threat” in the area.
