An infrastructure facility was damaged in an overnight Russian missile strike on Odesa, reported Serhiy Lysak, head of the city's military administration, on Telegram on Jan. 29.

There have been no casualties.

Emergency crews and utility services are on the scene, mitigating the aftermath of the strike.
