Ukrainian strike wave hits Russian-occupied Crimea, Luhansk, frontlines

An advanced high-value missile launcher from a Russian S-400 air defense system was hit in occupied Crimea overnight, the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces reported on Telegram on March 30 following a series of successful strikes in the past 24 hours. 

The S-400 “Triumf” system targeted in Hvardiiske is one of Russia’s most advanced long-range air defense systems.

Ukrainian forces also successfully struck the Alchevsk Metallurgical Complex in occupied Luhansk Oblast, a facility involved in producing large-caliber ammunition. A large fire was recorded at the site. 

A drone command post was destroyed near Huliaipole, and a concentration of Russian troops was hit near Nova Tavolzhanka. 

On March 29, Ukrainian forces reported hitting a Russian military train near the occupied settlement of Novosvitlivka.
