Woman survives roof collapse in Russian drone strike on Kyiv

The explosion occurred on the top floor of a five-story residential building. The woman was in the room at the time.
The blast caused the ceiling and roof to collapse, and a fire broke out in the stairwell. Despite the destruction, the woman managed to escape on her own, before emergency responders arrived. She sustained burns, but her injuries are not life-threatening.
Overnight on July 10, Russian forces launched a massive drone and missile attack on Kyiv.
Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko reported that 14 people were injured in the capital. Nine of them were hospitalized, while others received medical assistance on-site or as outpatients. Two fatalities were also confirmed.
In Shevchenkivskyi District, drone debris fell on a residential building, sparking a fire.
In Darnytskyi District, debris caused fires in garages and at a gas station. Parts also fell in a residential courtyard.
In Solomyanskyi District, the roof of a non-residential building caught fire, while in Holosiivskyi, a truck burned, and in Podilskyi, debris landed on the grounds of an industrial site.
