No embassy employees were injured.
Sybiha expressed solidarity with Lithuania and said Ukraine was ready to provide any necessary assistance.
“Russian terror spares no one and respects no international norms, including the provisions of the Vienna Convention,” Sybiha wrote on X. “It can be stopped only through strength and sufficient air defense capabilities.”

Russia launched 35 missiles, including 27 ballistic missiles, and 185 drones at Ukraine overnight on Aug. 1.
Ukrainian air defenses intercepted two missiles and 154 drones.
Kyiv and the surrounding region were the primary targets. The attack was the second major Russian strike on the capital in several days, following the mass bombardment on July 30.
Fires broke out in several districts of Kyiv.
A five-story apartment building was partially destroyed in the Solomianskyi district.
Seven people were killed in the Darnytskyi district, where fires and damage were reported at administrative and nonresidential buildings.
Other buildings were also damaged, along with the grounds of the Kyivmedspetstrans municipal medical transportation company, where ambulances caught fire.
Nine people were killed in the capital, including a police officer, according to the latest figures from the Kyiv City Military Administration.
Thirty people were injured, including four children.
