He said that, across Ukraine — including in Lviv Oblast — it became necessary to introduce schedules of hourly power outages.
Kozytskyi urged people to save energy when it is available.
Lviv city council deputy Ihor Zinkevych said Russian forces struck the Dobrotvir TPP in Lviv Oblast.
The Dobrotvir TPP is a thermal power plant in the town of Dobrotvir, Sheptytskyi district, with a design capacity of 510 MW; it is part of JSC DTEK Zahidenergo.
Energy Ministry said that the hourly power cuts introduced in response to the Russian mass attack on energy infrastructure have been canceled nationwide.

Russia carried out a new combined attack on Ukraine’s energy system on the night of Oct. 30, using missiles and drones. Numerous explosions were heard in western oblasts. In Ivano-Frankivsk Oblast, critical infrastructure object was damaged in Burshtyn; a massive strike on Burshtyn was reported.
Critical infrastructure was also damaged in Vinnytsia Oblast, where five people were injured. Explosions were reported in Ladyzhyn, home to a TPP.
DTEK reported serious damage to several thermal power plants in different Ukrainian oblasts. Emergency rolling blackouts were introduced in most oblasts.
In Zaporizhzhya, several floors of a dormitory were destroyed by a Russian strike; 17 people were injured, including six children. In Dnipro, the attackers struck an industrial facility with a missile.
In Kyiv Oblast, the town of Boryspil came under attack by Shahed drones.
