On the morning of June 16, drones attacked Moscow. A fire broke out at the city's largest refinery, located in the Kapotnya district. As noted by the Telegram channel Exilenova+, the refinery is surrounded by dozens, if not hundreds, of air defense system units.

Moscow Oil Refinery, owned by the Gazprom Neft company, is one of the largest enterprises in Russia's oil refining industry.

Its annual capacity is about 11 million tons of oil. The enterprise supplies approximately 40% of Moscow's fuel market and covers about 70% of the Moscow Oblast's needs for gasoline and aviation kerosene.

Overnight on June 15, Russia launched a massive combined strike on Kyiv.
