The strike inflicted major damage to the facility, forcing an immediate halt to operations.
No casualties were reported among staff or contracted personnel, who survived by taking refuge in a bomb shelter during the air raid.
“This is the second attack on our logistics center – the heart of our entire network, where products begin their daily journey to NOVUS stores,” the company’s statement read. “The extent of the damage is still being assessed, and work to manage the aftermath of the attack and fire is ongoing. NOVUS expresses its deepest gratitude to the State Emergency Service rescuers for their courage and tireless work, and to all of our colleagues for their resilience.”
NOVUS added that it is actively working to ensure uninterrupted operations, with teams already redistributing inventory to maintain a steady supply of goods to its stores.
“We are doing everything possible to ensure our customers are not affected by the attack,” the statement added.

While Ukrainian air defenses successfully intercepted 98 of the drones, none of the 28 incoming missiles were destroyed.
