Several private households and businesses were damaged in an overnight Russian combined drone and missile attack on Ukraine’s western Khmelnytskyi Oblast, regional Governor Serhiy Tyurin reported on Telegram early on May 26.
“Preliminarily, there are no casualties,” he wrote after the second massive consecutive attack on the oblast, promising to provide more details later in the day.
According to the Air Force, nn the night of May 25, starting around 8:40 p.m. on May 24, Russian forces launched a combined aerial assault against Ukraine using 367 airstrike weapons.
Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko said that at least 12 people were killed and more than 60 injured in the attack.
