Russia launches missile strike on Odesa: two dead, eight injured, including three children

The Russian missile strike on Odesa damaged a three-story residential building and several vehicles, Ukraine's State Emergency Service reported.

"Among those killed is a woman who was walking with children in a park at the time of the attack. The children survived and are receiving the necessary assistance," emergency responders said.

According to Odesa Oblast Military Administration head Oleh Kiper, civilian infrastructure was damaged in the attack, and fires broke out.

Overnight into July 15, Russian forces carried out a missile strike on Odesa that killed three people and injured eight others, four of whom were hospitalized. The attack damaged residential and non-residential buildings, a gas pipeline, a warehouse and trucks, and sparked fires that emergency crews have since extinguished.

On July 13, Russian forces struck a transport depot in Odesa, setting six buses on fire and damaging 11 more buses and six passenger cars. A local sanatorium building was also damaged. Emergency responders reported four people injured, including a 5-year-old child hospitalized with lacerations.
