Partisans disrupt Russian ammo supply to Kharkiv front via sabotage in Voronezh Oblast

Near the settlement of Stakhanovsky, partisans set fire to a transformer substation that supplied electricity to military unit 42706 — an arsenal of the Main Missile and Artillery Directorate (GRAU) of the Russian Defense Ministry — as well as the 1060th Material and Technical Support Center of the Russian Armed Forces.

“These facilities handle the accumulation and distribution of shells, weapons and equipment for units operating near the border and directly on the frontline,” the group said.

As a result of the sabotage, the substation equipment failed, causing a complete power outage at both sites. The GRAU arsenal and the logistics center were left without stable electricity supply.

“The operation of loading equipment, storage systems and internal logistics was disrupted. Deliveries of ammunition and material support to the front line have been frozen,” Atesh reported.

The partisans noted that warehouses and supply centers are essentially the circulatory system of the army. When infrastructure fails, the supply chain breaks — cargo is delayed, units do not receive full ammunition loads, and combat capability drops.
