Russians strike second bus in Kherson on same day, driver injured

Russian troops attacked a passenger bus in Kherson for the second time on May 2, wounding the driver, regional military governor Oleksandr Prokudin reported.

The drone strike hit the minibus around 10:40 a.m. in the city’s Tsentralnyi district. The 61-year-old driver suffered blast trauma and shrapnel wounds to his back and leg and was hospitalized, according to Kherson City Military Administration head Yaroslav Shanko.

Earlier in morning, Russian forces struck another minibus in Kherson’s Dniprovskyi district, killing two people and wounding eight others, including four municipal utility workers, local authorities said.
