Russian forces attacked Ukraine with Iskander-M/S-400/KN-23 ballistic missiles, four Kh-59/69 guided cruise missiles, and 113 drones overnight, Ukrainian Air Force reported on Oct. 30.

Military authorities underscored that the primary vectors of the Russian strikes were concentrated across Kyiv, Poltava, and Dnipropetrovsk oblasts.

As of 7:30 a.m., Ukrainian air defense forces intercepted and suppressed 99 aerial targets, including three Kh-59/69 guided cruise missiles and 96 Russian unmanned aerial vehicles across various models.

Concurrently, military officials recorded direct hits from Russian strikes across 17 distinct locations, with falling debris from intercepted munitions documented in an additional five sites.

The Air Force Command warned that the operational engagement was ongoing, with several Russian loitering munitions remaining active in national airspace into the morning hours.

Overnight into Oct. 30, Russian forces conducted a repeat strike against the central railway station in Dnipro, plunging the city into a total blackout due to severe damage inflicted on high-voltage power transmission infrastructure. While electrical crews partially restored power supplies across surrounding districts of the oblast, emergency power shutdowns were enacted throughout the city of Dnipro, halting the municipal subway, tram lines, and most trolleybus routes. Meanwhile, the death toll from the Oct. 29 missile attack on the station climbed to 15 people.

In addition, the overnight Russian attack on Kyiv claimed a civilian life. In the capital's Dniprovskyi district, falling wreckage partially demolished a single-story structure, where emergency responders recovered the body of a deceased victim. The blast wave and falling fragments also damaged an apartment building and parked vehicles in the area, while secondary fires erupted across several non-residential buildings in the Darnytskyi district.

Russian troops launched a concentrated missile barrage against Kremenchuk in Poltava Oblast employing both ballistic and cruise missiles, scoring a direct strike against a local industrial enterprise.
