At the same time, Russia's cyber-offensive operations in Ukraine may have reached their full potential, according to the agency.
"They have already revealed all the tools and technologies that they have available to them, the agency said.
“Due to the sanctions, Russian hackers will not be able to develop as they did before."
At the same time, the State Special Communications Service noted that Ukraine is still under strong pressure in cyberspace from Russian hackers. The agency added that Russian hackers still pose a serious threat to the world.
"They are highly qualified and motivated to attack not only Ukraine but also other democracies," the statement reads.
According to a report by U.S. tech giant Microsoft, since the start of Russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine, at least six groups of Russian hackers have carried out about 240 attacks on Ukraine's digital resources.
