Russian forces launched 176 drones against Ukraine overnight, including about 100 Shahed attack drones, the Ukrainian Air Force reported on Telegram on Sept. 25.
By 8:30 a.m. EET, air defenses had downed 150 drones over the northern, southern, eastern, and central regions of the country.
Thirteen Shaheds hit eight sites across Ukraine, while debris from intercepted drones damaged an eighth site.
New waves of Russian attack drones continue to enter Ukraine’s airspace from the north.
Earlier in the day, the national railway operator Ukrzaliznytsia reported strikes on infrastructure in Mykolaiv and Kirovohrad oblasts, delaying at least eight trains. Kirovohrad Oblast Governor said that homes and power lines had been damaged in three communities, while officials in Vinnytsia reported a hit on an energy facility.
