At least six people, including two children, were injured in an overnight Russian precision-guided bomb attack on the administrative center of Kherson, regional Governor Oleksandr Prokudin reported on Telegram on Feb. 20.
Two 14-year-old children and one man were hospitalized.

One of the bombs hit a ten-story residential building, destroying 15 apartments from the ground floor to the tenth floor and shattering mashing windows in 80 others. Three other high-rise residential and administrative buildings, medical, educational, and commercial facilities, as well as numerous vehicles were damaged.

About 120 first responders and 35 pieces of equipment are on the scene dealing with the aftermath of the attack. There may still be people under the rubble.
