Russian invaders attacked Odesa Oblast, sparking fires and injuring several people, including two children, Ukraine’s State Emergency Service said on Nov. 25.

They said six people were injured in Odesa Oblast, including two children.

“There is destruction in Odesa Oblast: there were strikes on ports, on food supplies and on infrastructure — with no military purpose,” Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy wrote.

Fires broke out at energy and port infrastructure sites as a result of the strikes on Oblast.

The State Emergency Service said rescue efforts were complicated by repeated air-raid alerts during the response.

Information is being clarified, the agency added.

Overnight on Nov. 25 in Kyiv, a combined attack caused impacts on a 22-story building in the Pechersk district and a nine-story building in the Dniprovskyi district, sparking fires and destroying several floors. There was also an impact in the Sviatoshynskyi district.
