Russian forces carried out a wave of overnight missile and drone attacks on Ukraine’s energy infrastructure, leaving parts of Donetsk, Kyiv, and Odesa oblast without electricity, Ukraine’s Energy Ministry reported on Telegram on Nov. 14.

The strikes were focused on the power grid, residential and civilian infrastructure.

Emergency efforts to restore power are underway.

Rolling blackout schedules are in effect for households, businesses, and industry in most regions of the country.

Overnight, the enemy fired 19 missiles and 430 attack drones at Ukraine. Air defenses intercepted 419 aerial targets.

At least four people were killed, and 27 others, including a 10-year-old child and a pregnant woman, were injured in Kyiv. Another six people were injured in Kyiv Oblast.

A hypersonic Zircon missile targeted the suburbs of Sumy.

The attack left 17 settlements in Kirovohrad Oblast without electricity.
