Russian drone attack injures energy workers in Kharkiv Oblast

Russian forces attacked energy workers with drones in Ukraine’s Kharkiv Oblast, injuring several people, Ukraine’s Energy Ministry said on May 27.
Authorities said two workers were injured in the strike and hospitalized, where they received the necessary medical treatment.
The ministry also said that due to ongoing fighting and shelling of energy infrastructure, some consumers in Dnipropetrovsk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhia, Sumy and Kharkiv oblasts were temporarily left without electricity.
Earlier in the morning, Oleh Synehubov said overnight shelling had damaged power grids in Berestyn.
On May 25, Russian forces struck Derhachi in Kharkiv Oblast, killing two people and injuring at least 23 others. Some of the victims were hospitalized, while rescue operations continued at the strike site.
