Russian drones exploded during takeoff in Kherson Oblast, the Atesh partisan movement reported on March 24.

Russian military personnel report a "massive shortage" of new drones, with UAVs frequently losing contact with operators and exploding.

The Telegram channel Atesh stated that there have been cases of two UAV operators being injured by spontaneous detonation.

Guerrillas suggested that "careless people" had tampered with the supply chain of fiber-optic FPV drones to Russian forces in Kherson Oblast, making each launch a dangerous gamble for the enemy.

On March 17, Ukraine's Human Rights Commissioner Dmytro Lubinets reported that Russian invaders in Kherson had attacked children with drones, adding that one of the occupiers' tactics includes dropping explosives on civilians.
