Russian Shahed drones strike Kupyansk district in Kharkiv Oblast, killing at least one

The Russian forces launched a Shahed drone strike on the Kupyansk district, Kharkiv Oblast, at least one person was killed and another injured, local governor Oleh Synehubov reported on July 2.
The attack caused fires at warehouse facilities, bales of hay, and two minibuses in the village of Borivske. The fire covered an area of 800 square meters and has since been contained.
In the village of Voloska Balakliia, a drone strike ignited a fire at an agricultural enterprise’s warehouse. The fire has been extinguished, and no casualties were reported there.
Earlier reports indicated that Russian forces also launched drone strikes on Kharkiv city, with a fire recorded at the impact site in the Novobavarskyi district.
