Russian strikes hit Odesa infrastructure, igniting fire and wounding six — photoreport

The governor added that emergency services were also continuing recovery efforts at a high-rise residential building damaged in an attack the day earlier. Fresh blast waves blew out window frames across neighboring apartment complexes and an educational facility, where municipal crews are boarding up damaged openings. Municipal services remain on site providing assistance to residents and clearing debris.

Russian Sept. 29 aerial assault

Russian forces targeted Kyiv overnight with ballistic missiles, rocket-drones, and jet-powered UAVs, with impacts and debris falls recorded across the Solomianskyi, Holosiivskyi, Obolonskyi, and Pecherskyi districts.

Russia launched an aerial offensive package consisting of anti-ship Zircon and Oniks missiles, two Iskander-M/S-400 ballistic missiles, and 152 unmanned aerial vehicles (including 82 jet-powered Shahed drones, Gerbera strike-reconnaissance drones, and Parodiya radar decoys).

Public broadcaster Suspilne earlier reported multiple loud explosions echoing across Odesa during the air raid alert.
