Russian drones struck Chernihiv Oblast, killing a woman and setting homes and a store on fire

They said a series of fires and destructions occurred across Chernihiv Oblast over the past day.

In the Chernihiv district, a private home caught fire, causing damage to the residential building.

In the Novhorod-Siverskyi district, a grocery store was hit. During firefighting operations, rescuers freed an employee from under the rubble, but the woman died, the State Emergency Service said.

All fires have been extinguished.

Overnight on Nov. 21, Russian invaders launched 115 drones at Ukraine, and Ukrainian air defenses shot down 95 of them. Nineteen UAV strikes were recorded at 12 locations.
