Russian forces struck Odesa on Sept. 18, damaging an administrative building in the city center, Odesa City Military Administration chief Serhii Lysak said.
The strike hit a busy area, Lysak said.
Authorities are still assessing the circumstances of the attack and the extent of the damage.
Odesa was also attacked overnight into Sept. 17.
A Russian strike damaged a multistory residential building and injured three people.
At least five private homes, a kindergarten, a dormitory, a restaurant’s outdoor seating area, warehouses, garages and passenger vehicles were also damaged in that attack.
