Russia strikes city of Kamyanske, Dnipropetrovsk Oblast: 2 killed, 11 injured

The Russian army launched a strike on the Kamyanske district in Ukraine’s Dnipropetrovsk Oblast, killing two people there, local governor Serhii Lysak reported on July 18.
Update at 12:52 p.m.: 11 people were injured in the attack. All were transported to a hospital. A 29-year-old woman is in critical condition, while the others are in moderate condition.
Lysak added that a fire broke out as a result of the attack, but emergency crews managed to extinguish it. Among the damaged infrastructure were a school and a car.
According to Lysak, the attack also damaged administrative buildings, a store, and private homes.
Russian forces earlier hit an electric locomotive in Dnipropetrovsk Oblast. As a result of that strike, the train engineer was killed, and his assistant was injured and remains in stable condition.
